Oil pressure regulator refers to a device that adjusts the fuel pressure entering the injector according to the change of intake manifold vacuum, keeps the difference between fuel pressure and intake manifold pressure unchanged, and keeps the fuel injection pressure constant under different throttle opening. It can adjust the pressure of fuel in the fuel rail and eliminate the interference of fuel injection due to the change of fuel supply rate, the change of oil supply of oil pump and the change of engine vacuum. The oil pressure is coordinated by the spring and the vacuum degree of the air chamber. When the oil pressure is higher than the standard value, the high-pressure fuel will push the diaphragm upward, the ball valve will open, and the excess fuel will flow back to the oil tank through the return pipe; When the pressure is lower than the standard value, the spring will press the diaphragm to close the ball valve and stop oil return. The function of the pressure regulator is to keep the pressure in the oil circuit constant. The excess fuel regulated by the regulator returns to the tank through the return pipe. It is installed at one end of the fuel rail, and the limited return and no return systems are installed in the fuel pump assembly.
